Government wishes all learners well for 2017 NSC final examinations

Government sends its well wishes to all learners sitting for their 2017 National Senior Certificate (NSC) final examinations.

Communications Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane said, “This is the most critical time of the year as this examination concludes 12 years of schooling. Students are advised to remain focussed on their studies; and parents and guardians are encouraged to create a supportive environment during this significant period in the lives of the learners.”

On the 24 – 27 October October 2017, the North West Provincial Legislature will be holding the O re bone, re go bone – Taking Parliament to the People under the theme “Celebrating 20 years of the Constitution through enhanced public participation, oversight and promoting accountability and transparency” in various municipalities under the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality.

Minister of Communications Ms Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane takes the Broadcasting Digital Migration public awareness campaign to the community of Bizana, in the Eastern Cape on the 26th of October 2017.

The Minister will also visit the school of disabled in that area to donate computers to learners. “We need to ensure that our community can get maximum benefits from information and technology that government avails in order to cultivate a new crop of learners who will be ready and able to place this country on a sustainable growth trajectory,” said Minister Kubayi-Ngubane.
